I had Emma help me as it was my first time calling for support for TherapyNotes. I honestly left the call genuinely blown away by the professionalism and efficiency demonstrated by Emma. She was kind, capable, knowledgeable, respectful, extremely intuitive and easy to work with. I wish I can thank her in person or send her a giftcard for her work though she's not working for it. My wife thanks her as well! I cannot genuinely highlight the exceptional service Emma provided for me - to the point that I'm deliberately going out of my way to write this note. (she deserves to be praised for this)

I really like TherapyNotes—it’s easy to use, logical, and reliable. But what has stood out the most is the customer service and support. Starting a private practice is stressful, and knowing I can call for support has been such a relief. Honestly, every person I’ve spoken with has been helpful and friendly—it’s great customer service all around. Today I had the pleasure of working with KJ, and I got off the phone thinking, “This is what customer service should look like—it’s the template.” Warm, friendly, and solution-oriented, she turned an issue I thought couldn’t be solved into an easy fix. The availability and helpfulness of their customer service has been outstanding. I’ve gone through 3 EHR/Billing companies in the last 18 months due to terrible customer service. So far TherapyNotes is leagues above any one else.
