I'm constantly amazed at how helpful tech support is at TherapyNotes. They're like an IT team for my little private practice. Whenever I'm confused about insurance claims or how to assign a credit, etc., I call TN, wait maybe one minute, then spend as long as it takes for them to solve the problem. I'm not a tech person or an insurance person, I'm a therapist, so I need help. The platform is easy to use and they talk you through getting set up. I don't know long they can keep this reliable service up, but I hope it's until I retire.
