It was so nice to speak with an actual support person. She was well-informed about the system, was able to quickly answer questions and walk me through some billing issues (mistakes I made). She allowed time for me to navigate new areas since billing was not in my training. Thank!

I have been a customer of Therapy Notes for the past 3 years for my private practice. I have been consistently impressed with their customer service (top notch), their continuous upgrades and the ease and flow of their EMR. Therapy notes has customized fields, excellent appointment reminders and easy claim submission. I will never leave Therapy Notes! 10/10

I am new to Therapy Notes and I am setting up a private practice in rural New Mexico, with local and out-of-state telehealth services. The process is daunting and I would be so stressed without Therapy Notes support. Their website and online services is more intuitive than I had imagined, but I can still find ways to get stuck. Therapy Notes has real people you can talk to walk you through what you want to do. Besides that, after the call they send you a summary of everything discussed. It’s really beyond awesome. I am huge fan of their customer support.
