TherapyNotes has amazing customer service! Their team (real, live humans-yay!) is easy to access, easy to understand, and very short hold times if any hold time at all. They even keep you updated in real time where you're at in the queue. I so appreciate being able to pick up the phone if I have a question and being able to talk directly to a person at any time of the day or evening. Not many companies offer this important part of customer service anymore! I can't recommend TherapyNotes enough!
