I only gave 4 stars because it took a long time to receive. Other that - I love my shoes + I got a Good Deal on them. . I will order again from them.

There was a bit of a mix-up with the first part of the order but after speaking with Morticia (5 star service) in customer service she straightened it out and I received my bag yesterday. It's everything I hoped for!

The quality of the hat I purchased is amazing!! The only downside was it took longer than I expected, but still made it before Christmas so that’s all that really matters. Also when I emailed them they responded very quickly. I would definitely buy from them again.

Took a month to arrive
Took a month to arrive, and was too late for my Xmas plans. Because I am already away, and the package is (maybe) still sitting on my front porch, I have no idea what the quality of the product is and if it was worth waiting for.
