Simple ordering process and shipping was fairly quick. Didn't get a shipping notification till after it got here but honestly not that big a deal.

Took a risk and it paid off!
Purchased the dress on sale and I am very pleased. Fit was pretty true to size. I ordered an XL and I usually wear a womens 10/12 dress size and am a 36C. The length was nice and I could wear it with flats but I'm 5'6". I would not have taken the risk if it was not on sale but my gamble paid off.

Hey Timothy, thanks so much for your feedback! Please understand we are not Amazon and most of the products we sell and love are not on Amazon and are not available in the US in high quantities, which means shipping times can be higher. Having said that, we are stocking more and more products in our US facilities every week and shipping more and more 2-3 day priority shipping orders. Please try us out again in the future, and try our Fast Ship Section for Amazon-like fast shipping to your door! Thanks again! Happy Holidays!

Took a while to ship, but worth it
Ordered a corset with some matching panties. Took longer to ship than I thought, but their customer service was responsive and kept me updated. Received the cutest outfit I’ve ever had. Worth the wait for a gorgeous outfit.

Thanks so much for your feedback! We will be stocking more corsets in 2020 than ever before so it should help with slow shipping on our beautiful corsets moving forward!! ❤️

Great quality, rapid fulfillment
I wanted some horns. A friend recommended Violet Vixen as being high quality and lightweight/comfortable to wear. My order arrived quickly, and the horns are indeed as advertised -- family members were wandering around the house wearing them for hours on end.
