ThinOpticsReviews of thinoptics.com

These are so great! I never have to go searching for my glasses any more. I don't have to carry an extra pair of readers to the store or restaurant, because I have them right in my smart phone. Because they are so flexible, they don't break like regular glasses. I totally love this invention.

The pince nose units that fit into their phone protective case are awful, I have replaced 3 pairs now. The issue is that the interior of the lens receptacle is not flocked. After using them 3-4 the lenses are horribly scratched. Don't waste you money until the issue is fixed

So disappointed with thinoptics. I have several of their reader glasses and love them. Purchased their new Sunglasses - was so excited to get as I love the concept. Had them for a week and when I went to wipe down the lenses with their included fiber cloth case the lens flimsily popped out and I couldn’t get back in. I don’t think these had adequate time in QC! Reported my problem with thinoptics - sloooooow response demanding pic and substantial proof of purchase - what I gave them was not good enough! Don’t these have a lifetime warranty anyway! Better keep all your documentation... will never deal with this company again, sad to say. TRex

I had an issue with the coupon code not working from an email I had received the morning I ordered. I sent an email explaining the problem with my order details attached. A few days later I received an email apologizing & a refund for the discount is on it s way. Very professional organization. Thank you!

These guys are awesome. The products work exactly as advertised and are super convenient. I've had two or three replacements and never had a hassle and the glasses arrived very quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing cheaters like I do.

Ordered originally off of Amazon and received the wrong item. Contacted ThinOptics' support and they resolved the issue and sent me the correct item promptly. Greatly appreciate that level of service. Oh, and this is my second set, great product.

great products but dreadful site. place order $33.94 special deal 20% off. that therefore is $27.15. get charged $29.15 its not difficult!

Thinoptics glasses are so comfortable, extremely lightweight and classy. Customer service is professional, prompt and helpful. You really will enjoy their products and doing business with them! (I have several pairs!)
