So I have had 2 pairs of these for a couple of years - super handy - I have one on my keychain the other just loose in my laptop bag. Had them both replaced year or 2 back, they are super strong but I guess everything has its limit. Broke one pair a few months back and today someone was admiring them and wanted to see how flexible they were, and the poor thing broke on me. Miguel in customer service was super helpful and 2 replacements are on their way. I love this company and its product.

I love the convenience of the cell phone case and nose glasses. Every product mfg. has to work the kinks out of their product and I suspect that's the case with these. So my nose piece broke and they are sending a replacement. No big deal. I note that the nose pieces have been improved and look forward to wearing them. I do not consider them to be a replacement for my normal glasses, but they sure do come in handy when I forget my readers. Thin Optics gets an E for effort and an A for innovation. I'm a fan.

I bought a pair of reading glasses that fold into a key fob and the nose pieces broke. Lifetime guarantee, what a joke. I contacted the company, received a response to send a picture, sent the picture of the glasses with broken nose pieces and never heard back. What a disappointment!! Guess there is no such thing as a warranty or replacement. Won’t be ordering any further products and will tell all my friends.
