Great products & great customer service
Great products, and great customer service! I love having the thin reader on the back of my phone, so I can always read the phone but don't have to carry bulky reading glasses. And these things last a long time. I bought 3 in 2019 and the last one did not break until 2025 (!). Crazy good quality. I'm very happy with the readers. (And customer service is awesome if you have a problem or question. Super responsive and kind.)

What Thinoptics does well is service. There was a mistake in my order, and all it took was an email and you sent the correct product in a very timely matter. Plus, I am enjoying the product. No more looking for where I left my glasses.

Had to wait 2 months but a full refund…
Had to wait 2 months but a full refund helped a lot. I like the glasses although the bifocal is too high in the lense

Have been ordering and wearing these…
Have been ordering and wearing these for the last several years! I probably order a couple pair a year because I either break them or loose them. Ordering is very easy and usually arrive within a few days.
