Excellent Customer Service
I ordered the wrong item. I called and spoke with Rhea who quickly had the correct item ordered for me no charge, and ready for processing while I was on the call with her. Great products, and excellent customer service support. That’s why I am a repeat customer.

Impressive Purchasing Experience and Lifesaving Items
The items offered by thinoptics are lifesaving as they provide extreme comfort for keeping them aside and using each time need be. I have encountered difficulties and incurred additional payments during the shipment and the customs proceedings however thinoptics resolved all the issues in an impressively constructive and responsive manner and refunded my additional costs. Thanks thinoptics! I will keep up ordering new items and recommend to friend and family.

I’ve had several glasses from this…
I’ve had several glasses from this company and they are wonderful and easy to carry around and their customer service is fantastic thoroughly recommend them.

Great reading glasses
Easily found the glasses I wanted and placed my order online. Glasses received in just a few days and were exactly what I ordered. Second pair I have ordered in a year or so. I accidently left my first pair in a restaurant and was too far to drive back to get them. Very pleased with the glasses provided by ThinOptics.
