Problems are solved quickly. Quality company.
I had a specific case request in my order and some difficulty with the reader glasses that arrived. When I contacted customer care the reason for the flaw in the glasses was researched immediately and the glasses were replaced. The wrong case was delivered and forgotten about for some months but when I called, Ann took care of it without question immediately. ThinOptics has great customer service when you do have a problem. I have had other orders with no problems at all and they are a great company with quality product.

Super easy to order and am thrilled with the readers, I needed. I reached out to customer service because it had been a week since I had ordered them and nothing had been delivered. Miguel responded quickly and put my mind to ease and they were delivered within the next couple days. Thank you for handling this new/impatient customer of yours with courtesy.

Thin Optics Fan
Following initial purchase about 4 years ago, I’ve had two subsequent returns. Customer service was outstanding. I love practical items I can keep close by, I’m a convert to thin optics!

The idea is great
The idea is great. However universal cases are to hard and reading glasses are scratched after short time. Also the lenses are to soft. But I am addicted to this product!!! Regards
