The cf-33 i bought from them has been a trooper for me. Laptop had no scratches, broken/cracked plastics, missing parts, nonfunctional interfaces etc. I am completely satisfied with their service and support.

Poor response
Poor response. Do not call back, email back or follow up since March of 2026,. Get no response on a $23,000 order that was placed on Feb 10, 2026. Phone just rings, no one picks up. Leave a voicemail, no once calls back. Send an email, no response. Chat, not response back. 15 Weeks later and still no resonse.

Dell Rugged laptop
Great service! Brian from Tough Outlet is extremely helpful. Wrong charger got sent with the laptop we purchased and he a new one coming right away. I recommend this establishment for any purchases!!
