This copier is so bad
This copier is so bad, I have no words to describe. The support is utterly useless, every day it's a new name that you're talking to, it probably is just one guy in a dungeon that supports 24/7 and never sleeps. The copier is unbelievably hard to configure, and the support does not really help.

Thank you for the feedback you have shared but unfortunately, we have a disagreement with his feedback-- First of all, we have a technical support team who are providing clients with support 24/7. It is not possible for a person to provide with support 24/7. Our aim to provide quality service with quality support. There are many out there who need our help to set the copier for them and it is natural to ask for the help. If the support team is not very helpful and the copier is very hard to configure then we wouldn't be loved by our clients. So, we believe that this is a misguiding review from a client who didn't even share his details to get identified when asked

I have 0 complaints
I have 0 complaints, I’ve been using them since the fall of 2024. They’ve improved a lot since then and their customer service has enhanced 10 fold. Not only do you get community support but you also get timely, dedicated customer service. Very well ran business. 5 stars

Very easy to use with full guide on how to set it up including on their YouTube channel. If you still struggle they have excellent service on telegram which is very fast.
