I appreciate the quote and money transfer. Previous steps were terrible. First of all I got a shipping label, which USPS didnt accept. Customer service argued it is right label, then later realized it is in fact wrong label. I had to drive 3 times to USPS wasting my time. Then after the item shipped, process from then till my item processed is very very slow.

Scammers! They took my phone to review internally, to give me a quote. The price they offered with hilarious. I took it back and decided to trade elsewhere. After that, both speakers on the phone don't work!

They did not have promised price. I send them 1 month old Locked phone where no damages. After receiving phone they send me photo with micro stretches. I send them the video I took before sending. By seeing that, they told some stratches are not visible in normal light. So stratches are there and we will give lower value. Now questions is, this might possible that you mishandled it. This is not acceptable. So I do not recommend them to anyone.

Our pricing is based on the condition of each device, and any damage identified during inspection may affect its resale value and, therefore, the final offer. We strive to be transparent throughout the process, and any adjustments are clearly explained if discrepancies are found. If a seller does not wish to accept the revised offer, we provide free return shipping so they can have their device sent back at no cost. In this case, the seller chose to proceed with the sale after reviewing the updated offer.

I was able to convert a 2015 iPad Pro to Amazon Gift credit without waiting to find an interested buyer on typical used marketplaces. The process did have a bit of friction requesting a shipping label (which should have automatically happened but didn't). Nevertheless, it was much less bother than selling it myself.
