It was good took a little more time then what I aspected but overall I liked it

They took a long time to process my laptop that I was selling. Then they nickel and dimed for little things to offer 20% less than the quote.

Update After writing this they finally paid me. Scam! Sent my phone, it was recieved by them. I never got paid, tried to call and email multiple times with no response!

Like other guys says they are very likely to discount your trade-in. There are many variations of graphic cards with the same chipset. What they expect seems to be the version (Founder edition) directly from the AMD or nVidia. If you want to trade in your GPU made by ASUS or GIGABYTE etc, they will likely use that as an excuse (not exactly the model) to give you less.

I submitted the initial form as best as I could based on the descriptions they had listed for the condition of the item. My quote was dropped significantly, $100, but I either had to accept or pay return shipping. I accepted the offer to avoid being out more money, but I will choose another company in the future before wasting my time.

The Trade-In was grate but PayPal tool them three days to release the money and they charged me $100 as a legal robbery

It was ok experience. I turned in a mint condition 3G phone with an offer of 51. They came back and said it wasn't correct. Counter offered for 20. Seems that's what they do to others. Be careful of this company
