Abysmal customer service
I give 2 stars only because the product is actually good. The customer service is terrible. 1. AI texts me with an offer. Turns out the sale is fake. 2. I inform AI, and it tells me it will connect me to support. It does not. 3. I text back a week later noting that no one reached out to me. Typical sycophantic AI nonsense that doesn't solve the problem: "You were right to point that out! I'll get someone now." It didn't. 4. I try to chat online with a person. Even the AI chat is down. I fill out their form. 5. I get a text that seems to be from a person. When I try to text back, the number does not accept replies. I try again two days later. It goes through, but no one ever responds. 6. I get an email asking about a conversation with a name I've never heard. Maybe the text thread that didn't get a reply? I reply to the email asking that and never hear back. What's sad is that customer service was actually good when I did a warranty claim in December of 2025. My guess is that they tried to replace the vast majority of their customer service with AI that simply can't do the job, and now their systems are overwhelmed with unhappy customers (hence the long delays, technical shutoffs, etc.). Interestingly, it appears that they have turned off reviews on Facebook and Google, which is also fishy.

We’re sorry this experience left you feeling frustrated. The issue with the offer was an error on our end, and we understand why the lack of an immediate follow-up made things even more frustrating. A member of our support team did eventually reach out, offered to honor the original discount, and followed up again, but we understand that the process took longer than it should have. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and giving us the opportunity to address it.
