SCAM ALERT!!

SCAM ALERT!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY! Trycure Organics claims to be operating out of the United States but the address they have on the website is actually a small shack. I ordered one of their product and noticed that it shipped from China. They have numerous posts on Facebook promoting their products using fake profiles posed as real people. The comments under the posts are all fake profiles as well, please click on them and you will see the people commenting are all fake profiles posed as real people. The profiles make fake posts with no likes or comments under their posts and all the profiles interacting with their promotional posts all are promoting their products. I asked them for a refund and they replied by informing me that they have cancelled my subscription which I did not sign up for on the first place. (They tricked me with a discount during check out). Don’t bother try logging in to their website to check if you have subscription because they will send you an email code that will never arrive. They said they can give me a refund if I ship the product back at my own expense with tracking all the way to New Zealand. They do this because they know the shipping cost will be too expensive and so the customer will just cancel the refund request. I hope this message reaches far and wide. I will be making my report to the police against this fake company.

TryCure Organics is a registered business with thousands of satisfied customers who can speak to the quality of what we offer. We are clueless as to what “fake Facebook profiles” you are referring to. If someone else is promoting our products on their own, what they say is not something we have control over. We live in a free speech country. Regarding your subscription, our checkout process clearly displays subscription options and pricing before purchase. Nothing is hidden or forced. If you selected a discounted subscription option, that was a choice made at checkout, not a trick. As for our refund policy, we have always offered full product refunds. The only cost a customer covers is return shipping, which is standard across the wellness industry. Products that leave our facility cannot be resold regardless of whether they are opened or sealed, as we cannot guarantee storage or handling conditions once an item has left our warehouse. This is an industry-wide safety standard, not something unique to us. Our customer support team is available at [email protected] for any legitimate concerns. We will not entertain baseless claims of fraud. If you have a genuine issue with your order, we encourage you to reach out to our support team so we can resolve it properly.
