They do not monitor their email which is INSANE since they are managing your devices. This is honestly insanely fraudulent practice. Basically once they willingly lock down your phone and computer ASAP, they will not respond to emails to lift anything. In my case, I was unable to connect to the internet nearly at all, especially on any wi-fi portals. I messaged them incessantly and they have done nothing to fix it.

These guys are definitely worth the 5 stars. When I read the other reviews here, I had my questions, but I wanted to give it a shot, and I have to say the product is GENIUS. Their new and updated version lets you even block custom applications and software which was the DEAL BREAKER. To top it all, their customer service has been great. Apart from their wonderfully trained AI chatbot, even their human support staff is amazing. I was lucky enough to get in touch with Lark, from their customer support who even offered to come on a 1 on 1 call with me to troubleshoot some of my issues. I was gutted to hear from their team, that they have discontinued their lifetime subscription. I only hope that at least for the existing members/subscribers, they allow to upgrade to the Lifetime subscription since this is definitely a MUST HAVE app :)

TLDR: You buy it, you download it, all porn is gone immediately. It's so simple and fast but the outcome is staggering. No more willpower or fighting with yourself, the option is gone and your device is SAFE. Before trying HardStop I felt like porn blockers behaved like malware. I had negative experiences where it was unpredictable what websites were blocked and the forced accountability aspect fueled shame more than actual change. Those negative experiences in the past led me to not even consider trying a blocker for nearly 10 years until I finally hit a breaking point - years of relapses after swearing it off and believing I just needed more willpower showed me that the solution WAS in removing access entirely. I thought that downloading a blocker would come with all these unforeseen disadvantages. HardStop has been amazing and I have not experienced the disadvantages I used to associate with blockers. It's insanely simple and fast to install and once it's installed you can take a breath of fresh air of relief because you're computer is SAFE and you don't have to rely on willpower anymore. I don't have to worry about whether or not I will "give in" because the option is simply not there. When I first installed it I immediately tried testing its limits by searching any sites I used to view - ALL blocked immediately from the moment of install. It was a huge wave of relief, like my computer is actually safe and not a threat anymore since porn was actually negatively impacting real life and I obviously wasn't able to give it up on my own. I'm very thankful for HardStop and I'm proud of myself for pulling the trigger and making the decision to get it - I genuinely don't have a single regret. If you are dealing with porn addiction and are truly ready to end it and live and experience life without its negative impact I would highly recommend it. The cost of HardStop is literally nothing compared to the life you stand to gain from being porn free. Now that porn has been completely removed from something I have to mentally wrestle with I have been able to focus my time on things that are truly healthy like being in the gym, trying to pursue business, exploring hobbies in more depth, and overall I just feel like I'm finally becoming the person that I was meant to be all along - the person that years of porn had buried and altered. Can't recommend enough.

messages support multiple times unable to get a response. got billed 3 times and unable to get in contact about getting a refund and or getting a uninstall key. need to get a uninstall key to use my devices as is blocks multiple websites i need. probably would use if support team wasn't run by majority of AI software.

This company is a flat out scam. I tried using their system with high hopes, only to find that their “support” is just AI generated responses, the responses here are likely AI as well. I have tried contacting them for 20 days with various requests, they haven’t responded at this point I’m forced to cancel, but can’t even cancel because they are not responding. At this point I am stuck with their AI vibecoded slop but on my device that I can’t even use properly and easily bypassed using a proxy. Beware their scam “block everything or your money back” advertising. They will not offer you a refund if you look closely in their terms and conditions it’s filled with loopholes. They haven’t even responded lol. You can tell this entire thing is a vibe coded app ran by one guy trying to use AI for everything and not actually help people. I would advise anyone looking to use this, DO NOT. It’s a complete and utter scam.

Very effective at doing what is promised!

Really hoped this was an easy and successful experience but unfortunately it has not. Right after installing I found websites including YouTube that are not blocked. Same day I emailed their support team as directed on their website. No response for days. At this point my computer is not allowing access in other websites that I need to utilize. It will not allow me to access normal websites I need. I have sent numerous emails over the last 3 weeks to their support team for help with not a single response. Asking for the password to uninstall, help to block other websites, and a refund. No response to anything. With there being no phone number to call for more help I am left to live with this at the mercy of their response. Very frustrating and very unprofessional. I have still not been helped and want this off my devices and a refund. Not worth this.

i think this program is probably good for some people but it wasn't great for me so I decided to switch to SHIFT instead. Unfortunately I had installed in wrong which resulted in a massive headache for both me and the tech people (who weren't very easy to get in contact with). I'm giving four stars because once I actually got in contact with them they were really helpful and extremely communicative. I just recommend knowing what you're doing before doing it I guess.
