They don’t let you remove this… I asked for over a week everyday but just their AI system answers and says that I cannot do anything and a real person is required (which is not getting in touch)

A couple of months ago, I decided to purchase the lifetime membership to Hardstop content blocker. Here's some things I love. I love the fact that it can go on all the devices in my house. Perfect! I have it on every one. Second, I love the fact that if you have a moment of "weakness", there's a 72 hour cooling off period if you try to delete or deactive it. Knowing this has made me never even try to deactivate, which, if you have an addiction to porn, you know that the "things I don't want to do, i do", and so having time to get back into your right mind is great! Thirdly, here's the best part I've found so far. The customer service is very responsive, has someone here in the states, and is very helpful. I found a loophole, told them about it, and they got right to work. Then, I had trouble with Zoom, and even though it wasn't their problem, they helped me figure it out, like quickly. I highly recommend.

Love this amazing service!! i've tried so many softwares and non are even close!! i can finally breathe and get my life back! Fully restricts everything with easy 5 min setup! All devices! Their customer service is impeccable and incredibly fast response rate. If ever something was not restricted or i found away around it - i reached out to them and within an hour they dealt with it! Can not recommend them enough!! Literally the best $100 i've ever spent! If theres a glitch or ever any issue. don't stress - reach out to support and they'll fix it in an hour, till you get the product you need! P.S. i also recommend getting the $47 add on that gives you unlimited custom add ons. totally worth it! Keep doing the good work u do guys!!

The support team is really good i like the concept , my only issue at this time of writing is that they are not on android, and most of my devices are android

I've tried other site blockers, nothing is built to work the way this is. 1. I put the removal to the test when I had to reset one device to sell it, and saw how difficult (but not inconveniently impossible) it was to have it removed. I had to wait the full 3 days and had to ask again before the removal passcode was granted. Also, the passcode to remove it off one device wouldn't work for a different device, so even if I was tempted to use it on a device I was keeping, I couldn't. 2. Their customer service is top tier. Email response time has been consistently <30-60 minutes. They are super friendly and helpful. It never feels like they want anything from you, they just are supportive. I mistakenly ordered an extra subscription and they refunded me immediately upon request, no extraneous measures needed. 3. One useful critique--its atypical that you won't make an official profile despite subscription. Once you buy it, you're on the plan-- but if you want to manage your subscription, you will need to request access. See #2 for how quickly they assist though. Overall -- best option for those who struggle specifically with impulse use but also enjoy flexing a little self-control muscles in avoiding the 3 day pardon. FYI there is a ~$20 extension which will increase the time to access it once asking that goes to up to a year.

HardStop is what you get when you really need an external source to help you stop what you mentally want to but physically struggle to. It comes initially blocking the content that most people easily go to and for a lot of people that will be enough. Some people will still find sneaky ways to content through otherwise normal apps but it’s a really easy request to the wonderful team at HardStop during a moment of clarity that will make it so you can’t access that specific content anymore. This is an app that will help those who truly want to be helped and have moments of clarity amongst moments of weakness.
