Warm Delivery of Meds
Trillium Meds has been wonderful to work with but I selected Hallandale Pharmacy affiliated with Trilliums ordering process based on high reviews. When I received my meds at 2:02pm CST the box was sopping wet and the internal ice packs were already warm. I captured photos at 2:06pm so the box has NOT been outside for even 5 min on my end of the transaction. For +/- $400 for an injectable medication I am a bit concerned. When I called Trillium’s Customer Support they said the medications are okay up to 120 degrees for 7 days. I wonder why they are then shipped via OVERNIGHT mail with ice packs. I am very leary as these medications are warm to touch. I expressed this concern to the Customer Service Representative and felt completely dismissed and unheard on my concern. I am not certain I feel comfortable using an injectable outside of the recommended temperature and storage ranges. I feel like I just wasted a lot of money.
