Assistance With License - September 2026
I absolutely love this software - unfortunately (but only temporarily) my license didn't carry to my new computer but after a great experience with Mila from the TunesKit Support Team my access was reset and I was able to re-install the software on my new computer! I will definitely look to future purchases from this company, thanks very much and have a wonderful day :)

Thank you so much – we really appreciate your kind words! 😊 We understand how frustrating it can be when a license doesn't carry over to a new computer, but we're glad Mila was able to get you back up and running quickly. Knowing that you'd consider future purchases from us means a lot. Have a wonderful day too!

All their reviews are fake
All their reviews are fake This is another company that pays for SEO campaign. They have a horrific product and you can not opt out of the subscription so they will keep making you pay. You will not be able to cancel. Stay away from companies like this.
Response from TunesKit· Sep 9, 2026

If you have an active subscription and are experiencing difficulty cancelling, you can do so at any time via the cancellation link in your original confirmation email, or by contacting our support team [email protected] directly – we're always happy to help. Regarding your comments about fake reviews and SEO campaigns: we firmly stand behind our products and our customers' genuine experiences. We do not engage in misleading practices. We'd encourage you to reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your order details so we can investigate your case properly and address any concerns you may have.
