In the email, you didn’t mention that the lenses have the issues. On the contrary, you said that they are excellent quality and the vision is good. Just one pair you do not like the style in person and would like to return for another pair.  About this issue, we offered two solutions. We offer one time free exchange, but you selected the second solution we proposed; keep the current glasses, we charge $30 only processing fee to remake the new glasses and reship to you. If there is still something you are not satisfied with or if there are any issues with the product, please contact our customer service department([email protected]).
