Have used Apple Music convertor for years because of a mixture of Apple and Android devices. It worked great converting tracks purchased via iTunes that were downloaded locally. However lately it's been taking up to 15 retires to convert a track, so I looked at upgrading to the latest All-In-One version but it wouldn't do what the previous version would. After contacting support (very quick and helpful), I have been informed that the latest version only works if you are paying for Apple Music not if you just purchased Tracks from Apple. Guess I'm stuck with the previous version despite the claim of lifetime updates

Zainstalowałem UkeySoft TIDAL Music Converter 1.6.5. na laptopie Lenovo Win10. Po oplaceniu subskrybcji na miesiąc, programu ten nie conwerteruje utworów do mp3. Ponadto dochodzi do 98% I automatycznie spada do 38%, i tak pozostaje. A większości dochodzi do 3% I odznacza czerwonym x. Proszę o pomoc.

Ukeysoft apple music converter. So what is carefully hidden in the wording of the glossy advertising is that METADATA is not transferred from a track when that track is lossless. This METADATA is how Apple assigns the track to an artist and album on import to Apple Music. The only supported export formats that DO transfer METADATA are lossy formats. So if a lossless track is processed - you must export to a lossy track format. Without the METADATA, you will need to manually add this data for each and every track you process before you import to Apple Music in any meaningful manner - artist/album/track detail added so the track is known to Apple Music. However there is a saving grace to this. Export using FLAC does transfer MetaData (AIFF does not) - at least in the release I am running. This is NOT supported by Ukeysoft however from the responses from tech support. Happy accident? I will not be upgrading the version I am running now. So in summary, the product works for me, the low rating is due to the obtuse advertising that does not fully highlight the product restrictions. Update: a side effect of the ripping process that (at least in my MacBook) no other audio can be used (Youtube etc) while the ripping is in progress.

Für das lebenslange FamilyProgramm müssen einmalig beinahe 40 Euro bezahlt werden. Es gab öfters Schwierigkeiten beim Download der Titel. Manchmal wurden die Titel auch nicht komplett überspielt. Achtung: Spotify sperrt jetzt rigoros jedes Nutzerkonto, bei dem festgestellt wird, das z.B. Ukeysoft oder ähnliche Programme genutzt werden. Ist mir und Freunden passiert. Der Support hat mir nie geantwortet.
