As soon as I contacted customer service, my order came promptly thereafter. My only complaint was the delivery personnel left my package outside by the garage without any notification it was delivered.

I purchased bath balls. I thought I was purchasing at least 2 balls per order (based on the catalogue picture and price) so I bought two orders. I received 2 bath balls, total.

Thank you for your feedback! The Mystery Prize Bath Bomb is sold individually. We picture each of the three options as one of our product images, the specific scent must be chosen in order to add this to your cart. We're sorry that this wasn't more clear during your order. We offer a forever return policy and we're reaching out directly to offer assistance.

I have ordered several items over a period of time and all arrived in a timely manner and the articles themselves have brought a smile to me and the recipients. Some are waiting for Christmas giving.
