Fixes. Cereal product contained rock hard…
Cereal product contained rock hard raisins. I contacted support (Alanna) to let them know not expecting anything in return. Although it wasn’t said, I expect that this problem will be investigated and corrected.

Unbelievable lack of customer service!
I attempted to resolve a “warehouse issue” that happened with my recent order. I wrote an email to get a generated response and instructions how to complain! Followed those instructions to receive more generated responses. Tried the chat and got generated responses ………had to physically call customer service to be told it is a “warehouse issue”

Excellent selection & great customer service
Excellent selection of unique items which are great for gifting. Customer service is outstanding and they have even replaced damaged items without the hassle of retuning original/ damaged item. Have been buying from Uncommon Goods for about 5 years.
