UPSOLVE: WOW!!! What a company. If it wasn’t for them AND the easy process that I experienced I would not have made it. Being hacked and scammed for $30k and and having 22 active scammers on my acct and 7-9 child porno hubs for $9500 opened in my name sent me to HYSTERIA. Thanks to the calmness of Laura with Debt Mgmt who assists your company, she walked me through this horrifying experience. When l did the conference with 20 other people filing bankruptcy that morning the federal judge scolded the lawyers actually humiliating them because there paperwork was Incomplete and the kicked the cases out. He made comment that MINE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT WAS COMPLETE AND SELF EXPLANATORY WITH NO PROBLEMS. I recommend EVERYONE to use your company.

Very user friendly experience from start to finish! It may seem overwhelming at first, but just take your time and work through everything. It took me three days to gather and organize everything that I needed for my bankruptcy. Filed pro se, and the most I had to pay for was the credit counseling classes. It was a relatively quick and seamless process. From the time I submitted my paperwork to my 341 meeting, it took about 34 days. Then, from my 341 meeting until my discharge, it took about 62 days. All together just about 3 months. Totally worth it! Most of my debts are cleared on my credit now, and I truly have a chance to rebuild. Thank you Upsolve!

It was so simple to use, all you have to do is answer the questions and it fills out all the confusing forms. They walk you step by step through the whole process beginning to end and afterwards. I did have some trouble with getting my paperwork. It was reviewed fairly quickly but I was unable to file them as planned so I waited to print the forms until I was ready but I found that it thought I had filed them and I was unable to go back and reprint them and had to email them for help accessing them. I also found if I wanted to edit anything after printing I was unable to. I had to print blank forms and copy everything from the original and then make the corrections needed on the blank one. These were just minor complaints considering the service they provided for free. My bankruptcy went as scheduled and was discharged with no issues.

I had heard about this company via Tiktok as I was exploring the possibility of bankruptcy. I will say I am very grateful that this process was as seamless as it was but I know that is also due to the fact that my case was clear cut. I wish they could help people who's cases are not as clear cut as they have alot of stipulations. I filed on January 16th and was discharged in April sometime and am in the process of rebuilding my credit as we speak. Thank you Upsolve for taking this weight off of my shoulders!
