It was a great experience working with this company. I would recommend this to anyone considering chapter 7 or chapter 13 bankruptcy. The one thing that they did excellent was communicate throughout the whole process from start to finish very impressive thank you so much.!

Awesome company, awesome service!! Helped me SO much in a really difficult time. Very simple explanation of everything. Upsolve did a great job and was so helpful. Walked me through every step of the process, checked on me and encouraged me also. After my divorce I didn’t want anything to do with lawyers, I couldn’t have done it myself without Upsolve. An exceptional experience!! i got my debt discharged with the help of Upsolve without any need for a lawyer and paying at least 1800 to 2000 dollars over and above the court fees. The only thing i do not understand why my time share was included in the bankruptcy case though it was fully paid and now struggling to get it back !! otherwise all was very smooth and ended with the desired results.

Upsolve made this process as painless as possible. I was nervous about having to do everything myself, but they provide simple, clear instructions the whole way through. This process couldn’t be any easier. I was trembling before my 341 meeting. I was told it’s beyond simple and it was true. 5 questions and 3 months later I’m discharged. Debt free for the first time in 12 years. I don’t have to live pay check to pay check anymore. Everyone says there only regret is not doing it sooner. I am 30 year old girl living in Cali on her own and now I can actually go experience things. Believe in the process and have faith. If the richest people in the world can do it 7 times and able to keep what they want you can too. Take that chance hit the reset button if your behind and live your life. I promise it’s worth every second and I didn’t spend a dime. You do not need a bankruptcy lawyer unless you have tons of assets. My car I kept and that’s all I had. DO IT!
