Super easy, wish you could send the papers electronically instead. I didnt realize how many pages I had to print till I sent it to my printer. But so grateful for them, I was drowning. Still am alittle but with this taken care of this took so much off my plate. Wish I thought about bankruptcy long time ago.

I was in serious trouble with debt and did not have the $2500 an attorny was asking to file for Bankruptcy. I hid from bill collectors for almost 2 yrs after I stopped making payment due to loss of my job. I was embarrassed and stressed out big time. I even pat myself on the back when the clerk at the courthouse looked through my papers with a face like "oh im sure she is missing something if she did this on her own" and she returns and says "you are good to go, here is your court date, have a good day"! I was sweatin bullets while I waited but when I got the green flag my heart smiled! I knew I was almost to the goal. Then it was a short wait of about 3 months and I got the official letter I was discharged and clear! I hadnt been that excited in a LONG TIME and the elephant was removed off my back! I cannot thank UpSolve ENOUGH! i know the Universe took me right to them because I needed them! Funny how searching one word on Youtube changed my life! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU !!!

I called and spoke with a lawyer, did their free consult and then I was advised it would be $2500 retainer fee and they would process the paper work. I wouldn't be trying to file if I had $2500 in hand. My sister gave the website and I looked it up, did some checking to see if it was legit. After careful consideration, I got my paperwork together and sat down and began filling it out. I did not rush it and actually had to go back through and update it one more time before completing the process. From the time I filed on June 1, I was expecting it to be 6 months before it was all completed. It was done in just over 3 months. I would definitely recommend it. I did not have anyone else filing with me and I truly did not have any assets to worry about, except my car. Good Luck
