One, it charges very slowly and then seemed to stop. I see there’s an outlet for a charger but I didn’t get one. What’s the point? I could just as easily charge my phone! Also, it’s hard to find the sweet spot for the phone to sit.

You should really give me more time to see just how well your product is. Minimum of a month.

Seller was prompt with shipping and tracking. However, the patch did not work for me. No noticeable pain relief. Put patch on back of wrist. Patch came off after shower - not waterproof.

I've ordered gummieswhere and am not sure if these give much relief. I take them for pain and for inability to sleep. Hopefully, I have the right type of CB and strength

The expected delivery date was 7-10 days, the package was "delivering" on days 7-8, and then was said to arrive at my house on the 9th day. On the 10th day there was "delays" and then was updated to arrive on December 3rd. I am not satisfied with this inconsistent shipping process.

Hi Susette, We ship all of our orders via USPS Priority shipping, which we have found to be the most reliable shipping service available. Sometimes there are delays in shipments caused by adverse weather conditions or holidays, which is not something we can control. If you would like, you can call in for your next order and I can ensure that it is shipped in a timely manner and we can do our best to have USPS treat the package with priority.
