I had no idea until customer service called me and said that they thought my orders seem strange and did I want to double check it with them before they proceeded. I've been a Pitlock user since 2014 and got my set for Urban Bike Tech. I initially had a hard time locating my keycode to from my previous purchase. Jason was very patient, and with some searching and inquiries (he was very quick to respond as well!), he found my keycode assigned to me for the past 7 years! How cool was that!
