Urban Bike TechReviews of urbanbiketech.com

Fast delivery. Thank you.

There is hardly anywhere left to buy PITLOCK in the states. Not only is Urban Bike Tech the only game around, but they carry the full lineup of, what I consider to be, an essential component to my bicycles. Their service was prompt and thorough. I bought a set for one of my bikes from my local bike shop and by the time I wanted to go back and outfit my other bikes my LBS stopped carrying PITLOCK products. Urban Bike Tech finished outfitting the rest of my bikes with the missing bits I needed to complete the job.

Super fast shipping, careful explanation of measurements.

Excellent Service, Fast delivery

Great responsive communication and lightning quick shipping. Thanks!

The response from Urban Bike Tech staffer Jason was fast and spot on with the details I needed

Had Pitlock on my Cannondale for 10 years, ordered originally from Urban Bike Tech and I’m still getting maintenance/replacement parts from them. Top shelf service to this day.

Really stand out customer service. Jason made sure we got our order together, even though it had to come in a couple of places and a couple of locations, given how much we move around. Thanks so much Jason!
