Transfer Speeds
My biggest dislike is inconsistent transfer speeds. About 90% of the time they start high and quickly dwindle down. I have checked my 1Gig connection speed when this occurs from the same device and determined that my connection is not the issue.

Speed is not as fast as you sell it
Speed is not as fast as you sell it. Several drops from 80% of the max speed to 0%…everytime

Mostly good, missing some posts
There are quite a few nzb's which are missing on this service, and not on others in common channels. the speed is fine. the logging (not) is fine. the ssl available is fine. but some content being hit/miss is frustrating sometimes.

Completion rate 99% is a joke!
The service is good however, the completion rate 99% seems to be a joke. I get many, many failed to complete aborted errors.
