I´ve ordered a semi mount ring for my own diamond from another ring and everything was perfect. The stone fits exactly into the setting and the craftmanship is just amazing. They kept me informed about every single step of the process. The customer support is great , the whole team did a fantastic job ! I couldn´t be happier with my purchase ! Thanks again and best regards from Germany, Elke

I have purchased from US Jewelry Factory several times and the prices and quality is great. I love my yellow diamond rings and their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this company.

I found the US Jewelry Factory online. After extensive searching, I was particularly attracted to many of their designs because they looked pretty, delicate, and were excellent value compared to other offerings. I was lucky enough to be visiting New York, so I was able to make an appointment to try the rings on. I found two gorgeous rings, which were resized for me. They arrived in Florida a few days later, and I am pleased to report I love them both. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and we even met the designer during our visit. I am already recommending friends and family, as this was such a brilliant experience for me.

I ordered a gold chain from US Jewelry Factory and it turned out even better than I expected. The quality feels solid and it has a nice shine that looks expensive. Shipping was fast and everything came safely packed. Customer service was also quick to reply when I asked about delivery. Overall a really good experience and I’ll definitely be buying again.

I received my ring,it was lovely but too big. I wrote to the company to ask about a refund. And they replied immediately. They were very responsive with excellent customer service, answered me right away in a very friendly tone. I would go back to them first with any future jewelery needs.
