Response from Van Dyke's Restorers· Jun 19, 2018

It saddens us deeply that you as a customer have not been treated well, leading you to write this review. We do appreciate and thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. This will help us, as we strive to create the best possible customer experience. We did currently move to the corporate office in South Carolina earlier this year and that caused a lot of delays for existing orders due to the move and we now have all new systems. We have now worked out all the issues from the move. We want to do everything possible to fulfill our customers over all experience with our company. Please accept our apology and we really hope this doesn't discourage you from ordering with us in the future. Please feel free to contact us with any further concerns or questions you may have for us. 1-800-787-3355
