Van Dykes has a great selection of supplies and parts for furniture restorers. Their shipping is quick and prices reasonable. My go to source!!!

The hooks I purchased were above my expections. The quality is amazing.

After six months of one delay after another, my product was never delivered. I was told I would have to wait another 6–8 weeks. I canceled my order. Then out of the blue, the product arrived wow two weeks later. But I had already canceled it! So now I had to go through the extra effort of returning the merchandise. Ironically, in the interim I ordered the iron handrails for my bureau from a manufacturer or in California who made them and ship them in 10 days. And they were nicer than the ones from van Dykes! As a long-term clien of Van Dykes I seriously question if I will order again from them

I don't remember ordering the knobs they sent me. I ordered different ones that were in stock for my project. If you have a 6 month back order perhaps you should ask your customer if they still want or need that product. I called to them 3 times. No one ever followed through on there end for the return. Not sure if ill order again.

After receiving the wrong item the first time it was no problem receiving the correct item and sending back the wrong one. Great customer service and products.

Good products and service. Our only reservation with Van Dykes is shipping costs are high.
