The new testing format is not good. Liked the old format much better. Not all changes are improvements.

4 hours of credit took 7.5 hours to complete. Way too much content. Also there were many examples of dumb mistakes like interchanging words such as: advise vs advice… transaction vs translation … principle vs principal and so on. It makes you look uneducated and here you are in the education field.

Unfortunately, you sold out! 360 training was not the answer. I don’t need a voice to read me my class information. I’m a grown adult and I can read! The fact that the only way to get rid of the talking was to turn off my volume instead of a mute button that you could’ve created, but you didn’t. I’ve been a Van Ed client/customer whatever you wanna call me for over 30 years and I will not be returning to take any more classes. I will just finish up with what I’ve paid for and then find another alternative.

Courses are way too long. Van Ed platform was better. A 1 credit survey course took about 10 hrs! 25 CREC update took 11.5 hrs!

I took a 4 hour continuing education course that took 8 hours. This was deceptive, exhaustive and frustrating and we were required to complete it within a shorter time frame than I remember in the past. So much better to take this course in person but hard to find anyone doing in person ever since covid.

We have called a few times to see if certain doctors are covered under our policy and I’ve been told they were when they in fact we’re not this has cost us a lot of money out-of-pocket way beyond what you already charge for a very minimal coverage plan Outsourcing your call centers is ridiculous and makes it very difficult to figure out wh which doctors are actually covered by my plan

I could not set the voice to be off through the entire program. Had to reset it on every single screen. I don’t learn well by listening. I do better just reading. It was very annoying and wasted a lot of time. There were also spelling and grammar mistakes.

A very frustrating system; the slides would often repeat the information in a slightly different way. Sometimes, it would not let you advance to the next screen until an arbitrary timer stopped. Grab a cup of coffee, and you'll need to log in again, as it automatically logs you out. They desperately need technical help.
