Cost is high. I received 21 credits instead of 30. Inside my courses was weird with list of classes over and over again.

I accidentally pushed enter instead of mouse clicking and had to start an entire exam over. The same thing happened to me when I dropped my mouse on the floor. Huge waste of time.

Many typographical errors and not having the latest forms and regulations.

Every other slide was a repeat of the one before. Though the information was required it could have been presented better.

Customer service is horrible.

I found it challenging to go to links and other resources offered in the course and get back to the course in progress without having to restart the course. Very cumbersome and took more than the suggested time for the course and Exam.

I enjoy the vocal on each lesson.

It takes forever to get a certificate of completion.
