Slides were repetitive with busy graphics and busy presentation of writing. Sometimes a slide with a couple sentence has a timer of a full minute, so there is no flow to the reading when you read a sentence and have to stare at your screen for 30 sec-1 min before being able to turn the page.

Never had problems with the online CE classes in the past, but this year it was 360 training. It asked me to verify my identity like every five minutes and then I would get to the end of a quiz and then would tell me session expired wouldn’t save my work then I had to start all over and redo it again and then it would fail me for that attempt when I didn’t even get to submit and see my answers . This three hour course took me over six hours to complete. I was not impressed. It was very user unfriendly.. it’s a shame I already paid for a six hour course. I’m just really dreading trying to complete it considering its a 6 hr ce instead of the 3 hr i completed finally . Ugh disappointed

I urgently needed my certificate on 10/1/26 for DORA. I completed the course that day and only afterward learned it could take 24–48 hours to receive my certificate. There was no clear disclosure that certificates were not available immediately upon completion. Had I known, I would have chosen another provider. I still do not have access to my certificate. This delay has created a serious issue for me. If I could give a negative-star rating, I would.

Having to listen to a computer read the screen is ridiculous. There were so many repeats of each category which was totally unnecessary. The estimated time of 3.33 hours was totally inaccurate. You no longer track people's continuing education progress which is very inconvenient. We would never recommend your company ever again.

There were major grammatical errors. Almost every question had errors.

You've changed platforms since I last took classes with you. This is a major fail. Typos, the test timed out 3 times, the test had questions that weren't full sentences so I found myself guessing, the constant having to validate who I am, the having to sign back in everytime it took you to a link, the links not working.... SO MANY ISSUES

The real estate program has recently changed to include a timer for each page which must count down prior to advancing slides. Unless you are a VERY slow reader, you will find yourself frustrated and waiting up to 45 seconds before you can click the next slide. Support email says they will respond in 1-2 business days which is terrible until you actually get the response which took me 7 days to receive with no answers. I would not purchase this program ever again!!!

The course was not user friendly. Most links were not even available. Some questions were misspelled and worded incorrectly. If you pass the exams it locks you out of the course. Overall very dissatisfied with the course. I would not recommend at all.
