The kit I ordered was incomplete as it was missing a whip handle so I called the company and they not only sent me what I was missing but they replaced a piece of the kit that had come with a hairline fracture . Both arrived within days. I am satisfied with the purchase I made and the customer service was good. I would order from Vape Brothers again.

Vapor Brothers not only makes a Superior vaping product, but they also back it with great customer support. Friendly, helpful and communicative...everything you want when dealing with a Company. A great, personable company, and the vaporizers work splendidly. My husband had emphysema (successfully healed with Chinese herbs -- check out Wei Institute or your local acupuncture doctor). Vaporbrother's vaporizer enables him to still enjoy smoking marijuana without hacking and stressing his lungs. Wonderful!!! Thank you all!!!
