Who is Quamane and why does he have a need for fiber optic internet but apparently can't type the correct email when he is ordering? I'm not Quamane, I don't live in New Jersey; Can I even get fiber in my town? If so I am down but I don't think that's a thing here yet. Verizon please stop emailing me receipts the stress has caused me to lose so much hair that my wife left me and then i got so depressed I didn't notice my kids were playing in the street until after they got hit by a UPS truck. Thanks to Verizon life has become unrelenting pain.

The representative I spoke with was very nice and took his time to explain everything to me. He made the process of changing from Comcast easy and understandable.
