Further to my previous review I just wanted to update with the fact that I’ve now lost 2lb in Just under 3 wks By just watching my calories and following the walking programme! I also need to clarify the cost ( my maths never was great!!) it’s just over 10p a day subscription which makes it an Even more incredible Resource to have in my pocket

Hi, if you want to lose weight or restore fitness, our application will help you, go to our website and you can learn more. Your smartphone can become a faithful assistant in achieving new sports goals. Our application will help you achieve maximum results, help you track progress and inspire new results. From primitive times, each person at the level of instincts laid the desire to continue the race with a physically strong partner who, if necessary, could stand up for the family. These instincts work fine in our time: strong guys enjoy the deserved attention of women, and smart girls instantly attract admiring glances of men. That is why sport is important. Many would argue that during exercise, oxygen consumption increases, organs work more actively, which means that the body wears out faster. This is partly true. However, untrained muscles in one not very pleasant time may refuse to work. A weak heart will not cope with the flow of blood - and the attack will be provided. A lot of elderly people regularly play sports without feeling much discomfort. Comparing them with more lazy peers, you can quite clearly put on who will survive whom. We offer you an application that will help you improve your physical well-being. A smartphone can track various indicators, keep track of workouts, notify about the need to perform these same workouts and, of course, motivate to play sports. Get an individual plan for simple and short home workouts. Install the app and start changing your body right now! Clever training plan - designed taking into account your parameters and goals; - includes training for problem areas; - adapts to your progress in real time (using the platform of artificial intelligence Verv Personal Fitness); - You independently manage the training schedule and determine the number of workouts per day.
