Viasat works well for us
Viasat works well for us. We are on the Unlimited unleashed and have all the data we need. There are only two of us and we stream movies occasionally. We've had Viasat for 4 years and are happy.

When I called an agent for technical help because of very slow response time they said, without doing anything else, that nothing was wrong. I called 3 times and got the same answer. My next call was to StarLink.

Very expensive. I completely lose my signal every time it starts to rain.

Added items to my bill that I did not approve. Canceled service and would not refund the money owned.

In the afternoon and evenings the speed slows down to a crawl. During busy usage times, it’s not uncommon to wait 10 seconds for a simple Webb page to open.

Frustrating when you pay for “unlimited “ and then run out of high speed data about 10 days into monthly billing cycle.
