My life is forever changed. I years trying everything, spending money left and right, and nothing worked. I had several different Drs and coaches and still, nothing was shifting. Once I started with a coach from Vidal, my entire life was changed and still is changing today. I am a completely different person. I am finally living a healthy life and thriving. Working with Vidal was amazing I was doing all the right things but had been struggling with inflammation for months and needed expert help to diagnose and solve the issue. In the first few weeks I dropped 15lbs of inflammation in the Flush phase, then continued to see improvement from there on out.

I started using Vidal in August 2022 and it was the best thing I ever did. I had been chronically undereating for years yet still gaining weight, losing hair, was just coming off a back surgery that left me inflamed and in pain. I worked with Coach Cassandra for 2.5 years and made progress I never could’ve imagined possible. I lost 30lbs, then was able to put on muscle and maintain my results. One of my favorite things is that this program doesn’t just focus on nutrition, it’s truly holistic. We focused on lifestyle factors, movement, stress management, hormones, decreasing toxic load, etc. Although I wasn’t intending to work on fertility, I also surprisingly became pregnant for the first time in my life at the age of 37- after being off birth control for about 10 years. This program works if you’re willing to put in the work and invest in yourself!

They truly got to the root cause of my symptoms and I’ve never felt better. If you have weight loss resistance, feel like something isn’t right and your labs are normal, or have any kind of health condition that allopathic medicine just puts a bandaid on I highly recommend going to Vidal first!
