So impressed by your product . The stair rail system was very user friendly, all components and rails clearly labeled and the kit had EVERYTHING you could possibly need to get the job done properly. Ben Ganger and Justin Brown were extremely helpful and were prompt and timely with design of the system and any questions we had during the installation process. Their insight was invaluable. The instructional binder was thorough and easy to follow. We are delighted with how our stair rail system came out and have had so many positive comments on the look of our new stair rail. We would highly recommend Viewrail!

All worked very well! Very happy with results.

My railing project turned out great. It looks really good. The down side of the Viewrail experience was trying to buy only the crimping tool rather than the whole kit, (I already owned the rest of tools) and you wanted to charge me more for the crimping tool than you were charging for the whole kit, everything included. I guess that didn't set well with me.

The hardware packaging is labeled well but still can have a mistake or two long as the installers and people assembling know what to look for. The info for the Mounting detail could be a more helpful. A lot is laid out as do as you wish but if you go 4-5 steps into it and find out that doesn't work than frustration of the direction or hardware layout gets difficult. Over all very well put together for the customer/installer.

After researching several Cable Rail systems I called a few that seemed to meet the needs of my customer. The job was complex so we wanted a group that we could communicate with in a construction/professional manner. After talking with the different companies, there was no question who to work with, I could talk shop with the folks from View Rail. Very pleased with the product as well.

Great product, easy to install and extremely attractive. Having used a couple of different systems from cable bullet to more traditional this one is a top choice.

Very easy to work with. They were willing to accommodate my request to expedite the production! The product is great and very competitive prices!

I was looking for a cost effective stair railing (both interior and exterior) for my own home. As an Architect, I have exposure to many different manufacturers I priced out my project with a number of the more popular companies (Feeney, Atlantis),. The cost was over budget. Not wanting to compromise the aesthetics of the design, I turned to View Rail. I used the stainless horizontal railing with a matte silver powder coat post design and incorporated a custom flat oak handrail to match the stair treads. The end product is magnificent. On the outside deck, we used black posts with cable rail and a custom mahogany cocktail rail for the top.
