ViewrailReviews of viewrail.com

I really enjoyed working with the Stair Supplies team. They were very helpful throughout the process. The Viewrail itself was easy to put together for someone with basic homeowner handyman capabilities. It's a two person job, requires a good tape measure, and patience, but certainly doable. We have had several contractors come by for other projects and they were all impressed not only with the aesthetics, but that it was both sturdy and doable. And on top of that, it looks great and we get many compliments from anyone that comes by.

We were short numerous bolts and screws. Also the self tapping screws, did not tap a thing. This is unacceptable and put us and our company in an un-needed time constraint due to your inability to supply what we paid for. I expect a conversation with the company.

Great customer service, high quality product.

The equipment was great but poor customer service experience and response. I often had to reach out to multiple people several times to get responses. Some questions have still be left unanswered.

Quality product, timely delivery and good customer service. We've received many compliments on the way the system looks.

Great customer service! Helped with design and let me know just what I needed. After some last minute changes from my trim carpenter I ended up with left over cable rail parts. Viewrail was great with the return and refund. You can trust these filks.

We love our new stairway and railings!

Super fast shipping and product was excellent. Project turned out better than I expected!
