Vintage TubReviews of vintagetub.com

The quality is very much worth the price. And the customer service is top notch!

It took a few more days to get the tub shipped than I would have liked, but the tub arrived perfectly. After we set the tub in place, we decided we wanted a different look, so we packed it up and returned it. Vintage Tub helped us by explaining the return process to us, and our money was refunded promptly.

Our new tub was delivered promptly, right on schedule. Everything in the package was exactly as described. There was no damage and we had no issues at all. I would order again without hesitation.

I bought two vanity mirrors from them. One arrived damaged. They took care of the problem immediately. I worked with Teresa in customer service...she was great. I would not hesitate to deal with the company again.

Had exactly what we needed! Nice product.

Customer service is 5 stars ! Vincent is the most charming helpful person and made it so easy to choose a very affordable beautiful tub .... compared with other companies it was a steal . The delivery was on schedule and they called to follow up and sent all tracking info immediately. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a vintage clawfoot bathtub. Elizabeth NYC
