Found exactly what I wanted and received friendly, personal service!

The tub is nothing like the picture, Customer service and travel time is excellent, above excellent communication for an online service, but the product itself, very cheap looking way to tall, not what i would expect a claw foot tub to look like. But that is what chance you take by shopping online. and no instructions, to put together. Very disappointed.

Simple, easy, correct and decent price. What more do you want? I haven’t had anything long enough to judge the product.

So far so good. We have not installed yet, but I am confidant that customer service is there to help me.

JUST PURCHASED THE VICTORIAN STRAIGHT WATER VALVE STOP FOR MY VICTORIAN TOILET AND BATHROOM. IT IS GETTING INSTALLED IN 2 DAYS. SO I CANT GIVE IT A FIFTH STAR UNTIL I SEE THE FIT AND FUNCTION...BUT THE CHROME PLATING AND STURDINESS OF IT LOOKS AS THOUGH IT COULD BE AN ORIGINAL ANTIQUE....SO FAR VERY SATISFIED.

Sales rep was very informative and we placed the order. He explained the out of country duty charges as the shipment is coming to Ontario Canada. We are anxiously waiting for our double slipper claw tub to arrive.

I love my new tub! The extra $300 for custom paint was well worth it. Great service and the tub arrived well packaged with no problems.
