I do not recommend it, they do not give guarantee this is a lie, this page is not to be trusted, they call you and then they tell you to send an email for the claim and they say that you buy a different grade and they do not show you a proof and you send them the proof of purchase invoice receipt and they do not respect it are liars I do not recommend do not buy

Purchased a refurbished bluray player through Ebay and there was an order confirmation after I paid followed by a Fedex shipment number. That's it and no progress from there for over a week and it was struck at shipping label created state. VIP outlet initially mentioned they dispatched it to Fedex and it might be delayed at Fedex, so I reached out to Fedex and they said the unit never came to their possession. After reaching out again and escalating through ebay they said the unit must have been lost in transit and told me I will be refunded in full although I insisted that I wanted the product not refund. Then I got a refund without the tax amount and I again raised Paypal claim. Awful experience and hassle with product not being sent. While I looked into Slickdeals forum from where I ordered I saw lots of people having same problem and stories.

They took my money, never shipped the item, and did not bother to tell me that they cancelled the order. I had to waste a lot of time and still haven't received my money back.
