Pushpita Dey and the entire team at Virtual Employee are of the utmost professional caliber. I had zero experience hiring a virtual employee, and zero experience delegating work! Sumit Kr. Singh responded quickly to my inquires and assigned Pushpita to my account as a personal assistant. Together the three of us created a workflow that I proved over time. The contract and billing was clear and punctual. Pushpita handled a gamut of tasks ranging from trip planning, coordinating events, letter drafting, research, and email and calendar management. For me to two biggest wins were helping me successfully resolve a 2024 tax dispute with the IRS, and reregistering my car to my new address which I had struggled with for a year. I also learned how to delegate work! I’ve grown a lot through this experience, which I didn’t expect. It is a bittersweet moment as we have wrapped up all the projects (and more) that I needed help with. I plan to return to Virtual Employee the next time I need assistance!

The company doesn't vet the candidates, I ended up wasting over 2h of my time interviewing so called "senior" and "qualified" accountants with "8+ years of experience" just to find out they do not know the basics of accounting like double-entry and bank reconciliation. But this is not the worst part of this process, after two failed candidates Sayani & Rhishab asked to arrange further interviews with new candidates, quoting "more vetted candidates" and this time the candidate(s) were DISTRIBUTED with my questions I've asked at the first failed interviews and they had written answers in front of them. I have asked candidates to go deeper on "their" responses, and could tell they had no idea what they just responded, as it was a prep written for ALL of my questions. Scammers and time wasters. Not only they do not vet candidates, but they make them fake the responses so they get hired.
