The way your salesman James treated me, I didn't just called and order a chair, I had many questions and James took the time to answer each one. I would think of another question, he took take the time to answer each one.

Vital care provided the best experience. The website is very easy to navigate. You get a personal call back with super customer service professional who was extremely patient to answer the questions. In my case, the item wasn’t available to ship until 2 weeks, but I needed it urgently. Kayi, the customer service professional, was able to talk to the manufacturer and get me the confirmation that the product can be processed and initiate the shipping within 2 days.

Kaye will be especially glad to hear the kind words, going the extra mile to coordinate with the manufacturer and turn a 2 week wait into a 2 day shipment is exactly the kind of care we strive for. Too many phone calls. Difficult understanding the caller. Now I'm getting multiple items that I did not order.
